How do I request a new password?
To request a new password, follow the steps below:
Go to the login screen.
Go to 'Request new password'.
You will be asked to enter your username (email address) associated with your account.
Once you have entered your email address, click the 'Send' button.
You will receive an email within a few minutes.
This email contains a link to create a new password.
Once you have created a new password, you can use it to log in to your account.
