Location ‘De Hucht’
Location ‘De Hucht’ on the North side of national highway A1, at hmp 77.9, in the municipality of Apeldoorn (Gelderland province).
On 31 July 2005 the Motor Fuels Retail Outlets (Auction) Act (hereinafter referred to in this brochure as ‘the Act’) came into force. The aim of the Act is to increase the price competition and to extend the opportunities for access to the market of sales of motor fuels on state-run public highways. This aim is the result of a project entitled Market Forces, Deregulation and Quality of Legislation (MDW) relating to the Petrol Market. What the Government is trying to achieve with this Act is to auction off the tenancy rights, each for a period of 15 years, of all (approximately 250) sales point locations of motor fuels (hereinafter referred to as ‘petrol stations’) according to a fixed schedule. The locations belonging to the State’s existing other parties are thereby divided evenly per other party according to volume and regional distribution. The auction schedule until the end of 2022 was published on 2 December 2015 in the Government Gazette (no. 44126).
The auction will take place on Wednesday 7 September 2016.
