Why do I get the message 'Invalid username and/or password'?

Enter your e-mail and password. Your e-mail and password are both case sensitive. It is possible that a keyboard displays different characters. The ? sign makes it = for example. This problem can usually be solved by setting the language setting of the keyboard. Press CTRL+SHIFT and the keyboard will be back to the old setting. Use a notepad to copy and paste the password.
