Why don't I receive a ‘forgotten your password’ e-mail?

There may be several reasons why you do not receive a ‘forgot your password’ e-mail.
Possible causes and solutions:
- Check your ‘spam folder’, or the ‘junk mail’ folder in the e-mail account. It is possible that the 'forgotten password e-mail' was accidentally marked as spam.
- Check that you entered the correct e-mail address when requesting the password recovery. It may take a while for the e-mail to be delivered. Wait a few minutes and then check again.
- Make sure that the e-mail address @biedboek.nl is not blocked or marked as unwanted.
- Check whether you are actually registered on the website. If you don't have an account yet, you can't reset your password.
